Amber White joins AirGarage as Senior Recruiter

We are excited to share that Amber has joined us as AirGarage's first recruiting hire!

Amber has spent 10+ years recruiting in high-growth start-ups in various industries including scaling technology companies such as Daxko and Outschool.

When Amber started recruiting, she fell in love with empowering people to pursue the careers and roles they love. Over the past decade, Amber has made it her mission to disrupt the outdated, traditional recruiting system and replace it with a more human approach, designed to bring people in, not just weed them out.

Through her experience she has learned how to build, design and improve recruiting systems to be more equitable and inclusive. She loves enabling candidates to perform at their absolute best by providing tools and resources to support their success in their interviews and empowering hiring teams with the tools they need to make exceptional hires. By partnering closely with hiring teams and understanding candidate needs, her processes lead to better win-win hiring outcomes.

When Amber found AirGarage, she was excited to join the team at the ground level and leverage all of her previous experience to build an outstanding, scalable recruiting function. After meeting the AirGarage team, it was clear there was a shared enthusiasm about building a diverse, thriving team while transforming an industry in desperate need of modernization.
